How to check the phone quality using IMEI#

There are many manufacturers around the world who are producing the cell phones. Many times cell phones produce in one country and sell in another country because of their high demand.
We can check the quality of cell phone using IMEI#. IMEI# is a 15 digit number which we can find out on the cell phone box or we can also find out IMEI# by dialing *#06# from the cell phone.
From the IMEI# we can check the quality of cell phone and phone manufacturer location.

We can find the cell phone quality and manufacturer location by looking at the 7th and 8th digits of IMEI#
1) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 01 or 10 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in Finland which has a very good quality.
2) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 02 or 20 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in UAE which has a poor quality.
3) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 03 or 30 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in Germany and if it is 04 or 40 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in China which also has a good quality. But in quality it is less than 01 or 10.
4) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 05 or 50 then it means that cell phone is manufactured either in Brazil or USA or Finlad.
5) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 00 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in the Factory which means that it has a very good quality.
6) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 06 or 60 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in Hong Kong or Mexico.
7) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 08 or 80 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in Hungary which is also a good quality phone.
8) If the 7th and 8th digits of the cell phone are 13 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in Azerbaijan which is a bad quality phone and it is also not good for health.
9) If the 7th and 8th digits are 91 then it means that cell phone is manufactured in Finland.
