How to enter an unlock code in samsung phones

Different phones have different ways for unlocking the samsung phones. Apply the following instructions in order:

Method 1: (Most of the phones accept this method)
  1. Insert non-accepted SIM Card into device
  2. Power on the device
  3. When prompted enter the Unlock Code which we send you
  4. Device should be “successfully unlocked”


Note: Non-accepted sim card is any sim card which is not from the original service provider

Method 2: (If the above Method does not work)

  1. Go to the dial screen (Same like you make the call)
  2. Press: #7465625*638*UNLOCKCODE# (Where UNLOCKCODE is the 8 digit unlock code provided by us)
  3. Device should be “successfully unlocked”


Method 3: (If the above Methods does not work)

  1. Go to the dial screen (Same like you make the call)
  2. Press: #0111*UNLOCKCODE# (Where UNLOCKCODE is the 8 digit unlock code provided by us)
  3. Device should be “successfully unlocked”


Method 4: (If the above Methods does not work)

  1. Remove the sim from your phone
  2. Go to the dial screen (Same like you make the call)
  3. Press #7465625*638*#
  4. Once prompted for code, enter the 8 digits unlock code provided by us
  5. Device should be “successfully unlocked”


After entering the unlocking code if there is a message: “Code Accepted” or “Network Unlock Successful” or “Not Yet Personalized” that means your phone is fully Unlocked

Note: If there is no signal after unlocking, check your wireless connections and make sure your wireless connections are turned on. Also take out the battery and restart your phone.

How to enter Defreeze code (If your phone is hard locked)

Method1:

  1. Insert non-accepted SIM Card into device
  2. Go to the dial screen
  3. Enter the defreeze code (Freeze code). Press enter or press OK
  4. Now the phone will ask for the unlock code (Network Code). Enter the 8 digit unlock code and press enter.


Method2:

  1. Insert non-accepted SIM Card into device
  2. “Phone is freeze / SOS” message will be shown on the screen
  3. Enter the unfreeze code (Nothing will be show on screen)
  4. Press enter
  5. Phone will ask for the network lock code
  6. Enter 8 digit unlock code provided by us
  7. Phone will be unfreezed and unlocked

How to enter Network / Subset / SP / CP / SIM / Activa lock codes

  1. #7465625*638*CODE# where CODE is the Net Lock code
  2. #7465625*782*CODE# where CODE is the Subset Lock code
  3. #7465625*77*CODE# where CODE is the SP Lock code
  4. #7465625*27*CODE# where CODE is the CP Lock code
  5. #7465625*746*CODE# where CODE is the Sim Lock code
  6. #7465625*228*CODE# where CODE is the Activa Lock code

Troubleshooting (If the above unlocking methods are not working)

If you have the “Code Error” or “Sim Network Unlock Unsuccessful” message then first of all make sure that you have provided us the correct IMEI#

Solution1:
(For Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, Note, Note2)

  1. Make sure that the phone PROMPTS for the unlock code with a NON accepted sim card and that your IMEI is correct by dialing *#06#
  2. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#197328640#
  3. Please click on number [1] UMTS > [1] Debugging screen > [8] Phone Control > [6] NETWORK LOCK
  4. You will see 3 options
  5. Please click on number [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly
  6. Please hit the MENU button then when the menu pops up please carefully hit BACK to return to the previous screen
  7. Please click on number [2] Perso Sha256 ON, the screen will change again to a one line message
  8. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART
  9. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code (Provided by us)
  10. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!



(For Samsung Galaxy S4 Only)

  1. Make sure that the phone PROMPTS for the unlock code with a NON accepted sim card and that your IMEI is correct by dialing *#06#
  2. Go to the Dial pad and dial *#0011#
  3. Please click your MENU button (Bottom LEFT button) and click BACK on the menu that appears, Nothing will happen do not worry please move to the next step
  4. Please click your MENU button AGAIN and this time click KEY INPUT
  5. When the Key input box appears please input the number “1″ and hit OK
  6. You will see a number 1 for a while, please wait until it changes into the SERVICE MENU
  7. Please click [1] UMTS > [1] DEBUGGING SCREEN > [6] Phone Control > [6] Network LOCK
  8. You will see 3 OPTIONS within Network LOCK
  9. Please click on number [1] Perso Sha256 INFO, the screen will change slightly
  10. Please hit the MENU button then when the menu pops up please carefully hit BACK to return to the previous screen
  11. Next Please click on number [2] Perso Sha256 ON, the screen will change again to a one line message
    NOTE: If you see ENABLE_FLAG[1], refer to the notes below. If you see ENABLE_FLAG[0], proceed with step 12
  12. Restart the phone on the screen by holding the power button and click RESTART
  13. When the phone prompts for the unlock code simply enter the unlock code provided to you
  14. Your phone is now permanently unlocked!


NOTE: If phone shows ENABLE_FLAG[1]:

  1. Press menu, select back to go back to the Network Lock menu
  2. Select [3] Perso Sha256 OFF, then select the first item after
  3. Phone will say “Menu not exist”
  4. Press menu, select back, press menu, select back to go back to the network lock menu again
  5. Select [2] Perso Sha256 ON again, it should now show Enable_Flag[0]
  6. You may continue to step 12 in the previous instructions


If the above solution is not working then move to solution2

Solution2:

  1. Power off and on your phone with non-accepted sim card. “SIM network unlock PIN” or “Enter Network Lock Control Key” screen will appear on your phone
  2. Enter your Unfreeze code (MCK code) and press Unlock button. You will get “unsuccessful message” again but don’t worry
  3. Now type the Unlock code (Network or NCK code) and press Unlock button.
    *If phone says “Network Lock Successful” its worked, but if not, move to step 4
  4. If you receive “unsuccessful” message again then hit Dismiss button and type *2767*3855# on phone keypad. (Be careful! This will format your data, you will lose your data!)
  5. After phone restarts, type the Unfreeze code (MCK code) when prompted to enter “SIM network unlock PIN” or “Enter Network Lock Control Key” screen and hit unlock button.
    It will say “unsuccessful” again, don’t worry!
  6. Type the Unlock code (Network or NCK code) and press Unlock button.
  7. Your should receive “Network Lock Successful” message
  8. Now your phone is successfully unlocked!


If the above 2 solutions are not working then move to solution3

Solution3:

  1. Power on your phone without the sim card and then Turn off the Wi-Fi of your phone
  2. Go to the Dial pad and dial *7465625*638*#
  3. Your phone will show you the NETWORK LOCK screen.
  4. In MCC/MNC field enter code for the service provider your phone is originally from (eg 31026 for T-Mobile USA)
  5. Check here for list of codes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Network_Code
    If your network has more than one mcc/mnc, try all of them this is very important
  6. In CONTROL KEY field enter the UNLOCK code
  7. Press OK
  8. Your phone is successfully unlocked and you will get a “LOCK SUCCESSFUL” message
  9. Switch off your phone, insert non-accepted sim card and then power on your phone


How to check that phone’s network is fully unlocked or not ?

  1. Go to the dial screen (Same like you make the call)
  2. Press *#7465625#
  3. Menu will be shown with the following options:
    1. [ ] Network lock
    2. [ ] Subset lock
    3. [ ] SP lock
  4. If everything is OFF, that means your phone is fully unlocked.
